Live chat: the fastest option

For anything time-sensitive, the live chat is where you want to be. Clash.gg describes it as 24/7 instant support, and you'll find the bubble in the bottom right corner once you're on the site. Log in first so the agent can see your account, then start the chat.

Live chat works best for:

  • Deposits that haven't shown up
  • Withdrawals stuck in pending
  • Free cases or codes that won't redeem
  • Bugs, like a page or game not loading properly
  • Quick questions about rules and limits

Email: for anything that needs a paper trail

Clash.gg's contact page says it aims to respond to emails within 24 hours. Email makes more sense when:

  • The issue is complicated and needs screenshots or several transaction IDs
  • You want a written record (for example, a disputed withdrawal)
  • You're closing or reopening your account
  • You're asking for your personal data to be deleted or exported

Send it from the email address linked to your Clash.gg account if you can. It makes it much easier for them to find you.

What to include so support can fix it the first time

The number one reason support takes longer than it should? Missing details. Put all of this in your first message:

  1. Your Clash.gg username and Steam ID (or the profile link). Never your password.
  2. What happened, in one or two sentences. "Deposited a skin at 14:05, trade accepted, balance not credited."
  3. When it happened, with your time zone.
  4. Proof. Screenshots of the trade offer, the Steam trade history, or for crypto, the transaction hash (TXID) and the coin and network you used.
  5. What you've already tried. Refreshed, re-logged, checked trade holds, and so on.

One clear message beats five angry ones. Agents work through queues, and spamming the chat usually doesn't move you up.

Quick fixes before you contact support

Plenty of "support" problems are really Steam or setup problems you can fix in two minutes. Try these first.

Steam skin deposit hasn't arrived

According to Clash.gg's FAQ, skin deposits can take a few minutes depending on Steam. They won't come through if you're on a trade hold or haven't had the Steam Mobile Authenticator on your phone for more than 15 days. In that case, the deposit has to be cancelled until you've had the authenticator for over 15 days. Our trade hold guide explains why Steam does this, and our skin deposit guide walks through the full process.

If your account is clean and it's been more than a few minutes, that's when you message support with the trade offer details.

Crypto deposit missing

Clash.gg processes crypto through Fireblocks, and deposits need a set number of network confirmations before they're credited. That can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the coin and how busy the network is. If you closed the payment page before the confirmation came through, Clash.gg's FAQ says to contact support with proof of the transaction. Send the TXID, the amount, the coin and the network. Our Clash.gg crypto guide covers which coins work and common mistakes, like sending on the wrong network.

Withdrawal stuck or locked

Most stuck skin withdrawals come down to a wrong trade URL, a private Steam inventory or a Steam trade restriction. Check these first:

  • Is your trade URL up to date? See our trade URL fix.
  • Is your withdrawal button locked? Our withdrawal locked guide covers the usual reasons, such as needing to wager your deposit first or finishing verification.
  • Is it just slow? Check our withdrawal time guide for normal timings before you assume something's broken.

If none of those fix it, open a live chat with the withdrawal details.

Free cases won't redeem

Clash.gg's FAQ is clear on this one: you have to join its Discord and connect your account before free cases work. The level 5 free case also needs KYC. If you haven't verified yet, our Clash.gg KYC guide explains what documents they ask for. Our daily case guide covers the level-based free cases.

Disconnected mid-spin

Don't stress. Clash.gg's FAQ says its provably fair system decides the result as soon as the animation starts, so if your screen freezes or your connection drops, you're still credited with the item. Refresh and check your balance or history. You can check any result yourself with our provably fair guide.

Site not loading

Before you contact support about the site itself, try another browser, clear your cache, switch off VPNs and ad blockers, and check whether Clash.gg is available in your region. Our Clash.gg not loading guide has the full checklist.

Account issues: closing, reopening and data requests

These are handled by email rather than live chat, and they're covered in Clash.gg's terms and privacy policy:

  • Closing your account: email support@clash.gg. The terms say closing your account forfeits access to any unredeemed prizes, so withdraw your balance first.
  • Reopening your account: also by email. Clash.gg says reopening requests are reviewed by its support and compliance teams, and you can't reopen if you've self-excluded.
  • One account per person: the terms allow only one account each. Multiple accounts can get all of them suspended, so don't make a second account to "get around" a problem. Fix it with support instead.
  • Inactive accounts: Clash.gg reserves the right to suspend or close accounts inactive for 180 days or more.
  • Deleting your personal data: you can do it from your profile or ask support. The privacy policy says Clash.gg tries to respond to data requests within 45 days.

Self-exclusion and taking a break

If gambling has stopped being fun, Clash.gg has tools for that, and support handles the stronger options. According to Clash.gg's self-exclusion page:

  • You can self-exclude for 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30, 60 or 90 days.
  • While excluded, you can't play, deposit, withdraw, claim rain or free cases, or watch other players' games.
  • Self-exclusion can't be reversed once it's on.
  • For a permanent ban, you contact support.

Taking a break is a smart move, not a weak one. If you're worried about how much you're playing, use these tools and talk to someone you trust or a local gambling help service.

Watch out for fake Clash.gg support

Wherever there are skins, there are scammers pretending to be support. Protect yourself:

  • Only use contact details shown on clash.gg itself. Lookalike domains, such as sites with a dash in the name or a different ending, are not clash.gg. Check the address bar.
  • Real support won't DM you first on Steam or Discord offering to "verify" your account or "unlock" a withdrawal.
  • Never share your Steam password, Steam Guard codes or Steam Web API key. API key scams are one of the most common ways CS2 inventories get emptied.
  • Never send skins or crypto to "verify" anything. No legitimate support team needs you to.

Our CS2 trading scams guide breaks down the most common tricks, including fake trade bots and phishing login pages.

The bottom line

For anything urgent, use the 24/7 live chat in the bottom right of clash.gg. For anything that needs a paper trail, email support@clash.gg, which Clash.gg says it aims to answer within 24 hours. Include your username, the time, and proof like trade screenshots or a TXID, and check the quick fixes above first, because a lot of issues are really Steam trade holds or setup steps. Only trust contact details on clash.gg itself, and never hand anyone your password or API key. You must be 18+ (or the legal age where you live) to use Clash.gg. Play for fun, set limits, and use self-exclusion if you need a break.
