• Test every weapon. Try guns you never buy and see their spray and damage.
• Practice full utility executes. Buy every grenade and run through your team's executes solo.
• Learn buy menu speed. Practice buying your standard loadout fast.
• Try new roles. AWP a few rounds, try SMG pushes, test shotguns.

Understanding real money limits

In real matches, the maximum money is $16,000. Practicing with unlimited money is great for training, but remember that in games you'll need to manage your economy. Read our economy guide to learn when to buy, force and save.

Want real skins?

Practicing with every weapon might give you ideas for your next skin. If you want to try opening a case, compare Clash.gg and CSGOEmpire. 18+ only, and only spend what you can afford to lose.

Pro tip

Combine unlimited money with grenade preview to learn utility twice as fast.

Why it helps

Removing money limits removes friction. You spend your practice time on mechanics and lineups instead of restarting rounds.

Weapon testing guide

Unlimited money is the perfect time to test weapons you'd never risk buying in a real match. Here's what to look for:

Spend a few minutes with each. You'll understand why pros pick the weapons they do, and you might find a weapon that suits your playstyle for force-buy rounds.

Practicing your buy

Speed matters in buy time. With infinite money:

1. Set up your buy menu favorites in settings.
2. Practice buying your full loadout quickly: armor, rifle, smoke, flash, molotov, kit if CT.
3. Practice dropping a rifle for a teammate.
4. Try binding buy commands to keys for even faster buys.

Utility practice

Infinite money plus ammo_grenade_limit_total 5 and sv_infinite_ammo 1 lets you throw unlimited grenades. Pair it with sv_rethrow_last_grenade to perfect every lineup in our smokes guide.

When to stop practicing with infinite money

Practice with unlimited money is great for mechanics and utility, but it can build bad habits if you forget about economy. After a session, play a few real rounds and focus on buying smart. Our economy guide explains how.

Infinite money FAQ

• Does this work in Premier? No, only in private matches.
• Do I need sv_cheats? Yes, for most of these commands.
• Can my friends get infinite money too? Yes, it applies to everyone in your private match.
• How do I go back to normal? Restart the server or set mp_maxmoney 16000 and mp_startmoney 800.

Practicing economy decisions

Here's a twist: use the money commands to practice realistic economy situations. Set mp_startmoney 2000 to simulate a force-buy round and decide what you'd buy. Set it to 4000 for a tight full buy. This helps you make faster, smarter buy decisions in real matches. Pair it with our economy guide.
