CSGOEmpire Daily Case: How It Works and How to Get More

CSGOEmpire swapped its old daily coins for daily cases, bro, and it confuses a lot of people. Some see "Unavailable", some don't know whether to open or cash out. Here's exactly how the CSGOEmpire daily case works, with Empire's own numbers, and how to get it. For levels and bonus case keys, see CSGOEmpire levels.

Claim the FREECASES4U Free Case

The system in one paragraph

When you bet on roulette, cases, battles or coinflip, 25% of the house edge goes into your personal daily case pool (5% for match bets). You either open a low, medium or high risk case, or cash out for 90% of the claim instantly. Miss a day, lose that day's 5%.

How much each game adds

Empire's help centre gives these examples per 100 coins bet:

GameHouse edgeAdded to pool
Cases & case battles8.8%2.2 coins
Roulette6.66%1.665 coins
Match betting4%0.2 coins
Coinflip0.5%0.125 coins

Notice the pattern: the pool grows fastest on the games with the biggest edge. That's not a reason to play them; it means the daily case is a partial rebate, not free money.

How to get your first daily case

  1. Make an account (use FREECASES4U for the free case).
  2. Wager on any eligible game.
  3. Once your pool hits 0.20 coins, a daily case unlocks (cash-out value 0.01 coins at that size).
  4. Open the rewards area every 24 hours and claim.

"Unavailable" just means you're under 0.20 coins in the pool.

Start Building Your Daily Pool

Open or cash out?

  • Cash out: 90% of your daily claim, guaranteed.
  • Low risk case: narrow range around the claim value.
  • Medium / high risk: wider spread, bigger possible hits, more chance of less.

Over time, cash-out is the predictable choice. The cases are for the gamble. Daily cases are provably fair; Empire explains the seeds in its help centre.

Worked example

Say you wager 1,000 coins on roulette in a week. That adds about 16.65 coins to your pool. Your next claim is 5% of the pool, about 0.83 coins, or 0.75 coins if you cash out. Small, but it adds up if you claim every day, and the pool keeps paying out over the following days.

Daily case vs bonus cases

Don't mix them up:

  • Daily cases: from the pool above, every 24 hours.
  • Bonus cases (XP keys): from levelling up; tiers like Rust, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Uranium and Unbreakable with cooldowns. See CSGOEmpire bonus cases.

Daily case and instant credit

Your daily reward pool also boosts your instant credit limit on skin deposits: limit = tier + 50% of your pool. Details on CSGOEmpire instant deposit.

Step-by-step: claiming your daily case

  1. Log in to CSGOEmpire.
  2. Open the rewards or daily case area.
  3. Look at your claim value (5% of your pool).
  4. Choose: cash out (90%), or open a low, medium or high risk case.
  5. Confirm. The 24-hour timer resets.
  6. Set a reminder for tomorrow so you don't lose a day's 5%.

The pool over time

Because each claim takes 5% of the pool, a pool you never add to shrinks slowly and keeps paying for a long time. Illustrative example with a 100-coin pool and no new wagers:

DayPool at startClaim (5%)Cash-out (90%)
1100.05.004.50
295.04.754.28
390.34.514.06
7~73.5~3.68~3.31
14~51.3~2.57~2.31

So even after you stop playing, logging in daily keeps collecting. Missing days just throws that day's slice away.

Claim smaller than expectedPool shrank from previous claimsNormal; the pool grows only from new wagers

Low, medium or high risk: how to choose

ChoiceYou getBest if
Cash out90% of the claim, guaranteedYou want steady value
Low risk caseResults close to the claim valueYou want a little excitement, small spread
Medium risk caseWider spreadYou're fine with some misses
High risk caseBiggest possible hits, more missesYou treat it as a lottery ticket

Over many days, the cash-out gives you the most predictable total. The cases are entertainment on top.

Daily case habits that actually help

  • Claim at roughly the same time each day so the 24-hour timer lines up.
  • Don't chase a bigger pool by wagering more; you pay the full edge to get 25% of it back.
  • If you're taking a break from gambling, cash out daily cases rather than replaying them.

Daily case vs Clash.gg's daily case

They share a name but work differently. Clash.gg's free daily case is unlocked by KYC and is free regardless of wagering, plus separate level cases. Empire's daily case is a rebate pool funded by your own wagers. If you play on both, claim both, but understand that Empire's version only grows when you bet. 18+ only. Never wager just to fill the pool. See our responsible gambling page.

FAQ

How do I get the CSGOEmpire daily case?

Wager on roulette, cases, battles, coinflip or match betting. Part of the house edge fills your daily case pool, and every 24 hours you can claim a case worth 5% of that pool.

Why does my daily case say Unavailable?

You haven't wagered enough yet. You need at least 0.20 coins in your pool to generate a daily case.

Should I open the case or cash out?

Cash-out gives 90% of your daily claim instantly. The low, medium and high risk cases trade that certainty for a chance at more.

What happens if I miss a day?

You lose that day's 5%, so claim daily to get the full value.

Which game fills the daily case pool fastest?

Per 100 coins wagered: cases and battles add 2.2 coins, roulette 1.665, match bets 0.2 and coinflip 0.125.

Do daily cases count toward XP?

XP comes from your bets. Opening the daily case isn't a bet in that sense; check your XP bar to see how rewards are treated.

Can I stack several days of daily cases?

No. Each day's claim is 5% of your pool, and if you skip a day, that day's 5% is lost.

Is the high risk daily case worth it?

Only if you're fine with getting less than the cash-out value most of the time in exchange for occasional bigger hits.

Does the daily case use provably fair?

Yes. Empire publishes how daily cases are provably fair in its help centre.

Is the daily case worth claiming if I barely play?

Yes. It costs nothing to claim, and the pool keeps paying out a slice every day even if you stop wagering.

Where does the daily case money come from?

From your own wagers: 25% of the house edge on roulette, cases, battles and coinflip, and 5% on match bets, goes into your pool.

Does depositing more increase my daily case?

No. Only wagering adds to the pool.
